General Worker Production

Job Description

Main Objectives

To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised. (The Premier way).

Key Responsibilities

• To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department
• Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.
• Adhere to all Company rules and procedures.
• Efficiencies
• Planned maintenance of assigned assets
• Administration and record control
• SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping
• Food Safety
• Health & Safety
• Stacking of Crate
• Picking of stock
• Damage repacks.

Skills And Attributes Required

• Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment.
• Understanding of production process
• Quality management principles
• Accuracy / Attention to deal: Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements.
• Extreme attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Numerical ability

Qualification Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 years FMCG industry experience

Key Outputs

• Working in a factory environment - hot, noisy and Maize dust
• Required to work overtime when required. (After hours, weekends and public holidays)
• Pressurised Environment
