Job Summary:
Nestlé is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Workers. In this role, you will support daily operations by performing a variety of tasks, including packaging, sorting, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in production processes to ensure high-quality standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production line by packaging, sorting, and labeling products.
- Operate basic machinery under supervision and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the loading and unloading of goods and materials.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and materials to ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to Nestlé's quality, safety, and health standards at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of Grade 10 , 11 or Matric qualifications .
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Work Environment:
- Factory or warehouse setting.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast-paced environments.
