German Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Order manager

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Order Manager, you will manage the end-to-end process of customer orders, leveraging your technical skills and service management knowledge to ensure efficient and accurate order handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Apply service management principles to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Utilize technical skills to support product development and address order-related technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving any issues.
  • Demonstrate strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks and ensure results are achieved.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role.
  • At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development.
  • ITIL IV Foundation certification is required.
  • Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication.
  • Excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level is a plus.
