Gezina, Pretoria: VEHICLE SALES EXECUTIVES (X 3 POSITIONS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Males, preferably aged approximately 27 - 40 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years vehicles sales experience in high ticket value environment
-Solid proven track record in pre-owned vehicle sales
-Independently functional and able to work without supervision in fast paced, high pressure working environment
-Extremely driven and motivated
-Physically fit (substantially big lot with approximately 250 vehicles)
-Excellent communication skills (both personal and telephonic interactions with clients)
-Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal and client relationship skills
-Well presented and professional
-Assertive, strong personality and competitive
-Clear ITC record
-Strong work ethic and target driven
-Computer literate
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
-Only candidate’s seeking long term career opportunity -To start as soon as possible
-Shortlisted candidates must be willing to undergo a psychometric test to establish strong points
Duties:
-Vehicle sales of quality Pre owned vehicles
-Contacting leads (automated leads distribution between sales agents)
-Converting leads in to sales
-Client liaison
-Qualifying and closing deals
-Able to meet minimum target of 9 vehicle sales per month, but driven to achieve more
-Service walk in clients
-Neatly complete relevant documentation and administration
Work hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 8am-6pm and Saturdays from 08h30am - 13h30pm
Salary: R 7 000.00 - R 12 000 gross basic (depending on relevant sales experience sales track record) + commission (Earning potential: R 25 000.00 - R 45 000.00 per month)
