Global Internal Communications Advisor (Senior Specialist)

Working within ERMs Global Communications & Marketing team youll help shape and tell our story, engaging our people with high quality internal communications content and programmes.

Naturally inquisitive, your experience will guide you to the detail, unearthing what is important and what our internal employee audiences want to know. You will build strong ERM contacts across the globe, speaking to different people across different continents, your positivity and enthusiasm being a magnet for information. Strong writing skills will ensure youve tailored our content for a range of internal communications across a variety of media. You will help to determine how best to tell the story in a variety of formats ensuring that we achieve strong engagement and impact.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Partner with functional teams (e.g. HR, IT, Legal etc.) to develop and implement communications plans that engage our people and support the business strategy.
  • Develop communications assets that support strategic projects and ongoing change initiatives across the business, helping our people to navigate change effectively.
  • Develop content in different formats for a range of channels primarily for internal audiences but also able to help support across the wider team.
  • Act as a go-to person to deliver activities such as town halls, newsletters and ad hoc emails.
  • Conduct regular reporting and use data to improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
  • Work in alignment with and support members of the Global Communication Team as required.
Time period and commitment

This is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Global Communications Manager. Flexibility is essential to respond to global communication needs and reflecting the international nature of the business and this role.

  • Positive and proactive working style
  • Collaborative, cooperative and team-oriented in providing support to the wider team
  • Engaging writing skills (strong written English essential)
  • Experience with content creation for a range of business audiences and platforms
  • Ability to edit videos and podcasts an advantage
  • Experience in working a professional services firm would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Experience in content creation for enterprise social media.
