Attributes of this candidate:
- Relevant degree (BCom, BA) or other in business, sales, research or marketing.
- Less than two years of professional working experience.
- You will be disciplined, hardworking, have integrity and make decisions with a desire to read the data.
- You're courageous but quietly confident.
- You're fixated with progress and improving productivity, and are tech savvy.
- Youre comfortable with being uncomfortable and being thrown into the deep end.
- We pride ourselves in understanding our customers' challenges and then delivering impact by showing results, we expect the same from you.
- We expect you to drive our growth to new territories.
- Excited to work with a team as well as independently.

- Strong attention to detail
- 12 month programme: you will join the department of choice but will be given the option to spend a month in another department of choice as well for extra experience.
- You will be paired with a mentor that will guide you and continually touch base with you along the way.
- You will be exposed to all departments to learn how everything interlinks.
- Up your tech-stack learning GSuite, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Zoom, and Macbook.
- Youll become Hubspot certified completing 2-3 courses.
