Purpose of the role:
Westfalia Fruit is looking for young, talented, innovative, motivated, and ambitious graduates to join our 2026 Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP). This Programme offers real-world industry exposure, structured on-the-job training, and extensive learning opportunities within a dynamic business environment. Participants will gain hands-on practical experience, develop critical professional skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth. The positions will be based in various locations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure
- Apply academic knowledge to practical, real-world business operations
- Support daily operational, technical, or administrative activities within the assigned discipline
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Participate in training, mentoring, and development interventions
- Prepare progress reports and project updates as required
Interested individuals must have a BSc, BEng, BEng-Tech, BCom, BTech or Degree in the following disciplines or related fields:

- Applicants must have completed suitable qualifications within above-mentioned disciplines.
- Applicants must not be older than 35 years of age.
