- Capture new employees on Payroll System
- Update current employee profiles on Payroll System
- Verify documentation on HR Management System, and request outstanding documents
- Reconcile and verify data on HR Management System and Payroll System (terminations, appointments, all other payroll updates)
- Prepares monthly reports on payroll (CTC variances, headcounts, overtime, etc).
- Confirm terminations and prepare monthly temp leave payout file
- Complete UI19 - monthly
- Liaise with the regional administrators
- General administrative support to the Remuneration, Benefits & Payroll team
