Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with an emphasis on web design to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong eye for typography, and understands UX best practices and web accessibility. The designer will work on digital branding, website overhauls, and ongoing retainers for our long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create logo concepts in alignment with art direction.
• Translate approved homepage designs into cohesive website page designs.
• Design mobile-friendly web pages with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Develop digital graphics for social media and email marketing.
• Design decks and presentations to support client projects.
• Attend Zoom meetings and observe client reviews to understand the nuances in client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong typography skills and an intuitive understanding of UX and web accessibility best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma (and understanding of auto-layout is a plus),
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva for quick-turnaround content.

Nice-to-Have (but Not Required)

• Comfortable working inside WordPress and Shopify using our site tutorials and documentation
• Comfortable in After Effects and Blender
