The Content & Graphic Designer will support the Training Department by enhancing existing training materials and creating new, engaging visual and multimedia content. The role is suited to a creative, detail-oriented individual who can translate operational requirements into clear, engaging, and compliant training content. They will be responsible for:
- Enhance and update existing training content, including SOP documents, manuals, job aids, and presentations.
- Design clear, visually engaging training materials aligned to brand and operational standards.
- Create infographics, posters, quick reference guides, and visual aids for in-store use.
- Assist in the creation and editing of training videos. Ensure video content is clear, accurate, and suitable for operational teams.
- Work closely with trainers and operations teams to understand procedures and learning needs.
- Convert technical or operational information into simple, learner-friendly content.
- Support content rollout for new store openings, updates, or refresher training.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all training materials.
- Maintain version control and file organisation of training materials.
- Apply feedback and make revisions as required.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-2 year experience in a content design, graphic design, or learning support role (internship experience acceptable).
- Experience or exposure to training content, SOPs, or instructional materials is an advantage.
- Valid drivers license and travel to sites.
