Grayston (Sandton), Johannesburg: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
(The company specialises in the provision of commercial insurance products to liquidators and attorneys)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female, preferably aged approximately 40 years
-Matric / Grade 12
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-3 to 5 years recent administration experience
-Preference to candidates with experience in legal sector and/or debt collection
-Good typing skills important (speed and accuracy)
-Computer literate in MS Office and MS Excel (Training provided on Flexi system)
-Well presented and professional
-Organized, attention to detail and eager to learn and grow (career orientated)
-Intelligent and able to work independently
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Own reliable transport (no hassles to work)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Office support function (General administration, data capturing, completion of documents etc.)
-Drafting and typing of documents for Master’s Offices
-Debt collection function
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 12 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
