Group Executive: Transacting

The Group Executive: Transacting is the DBSAs functional lead in respect of overseeing and managing infrastructure projects from a long-term financial perspective. He/she executes in the context of the DBSA strategy and governance structures, whilst ensuring projects viability and profitability. That is, he/she is responsible for leading and managing the strategic, tactical and operational objectives of the Transacting Division as well as the achievement of all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Details follow hereafter. In support of the incumbent, the Transacting Division structure has 40+ incumbents and positions.
