Hotel Group Accountant Multi-Property Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Hotel Group Accountant to manage the finances across multiple hotel properties within our client's group.
This is a key role, reporting directly to the owners and GMs, and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Some Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounting operations across all hotel properties
- Prepare detailed and timely financial reports for owners and GMs
- Monitor property-level performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure consistent application of financial policies and controls across properties
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
- Coordinate with property finance teams and support them as needed
- Handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 10 years experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, with exposure to multiple properties
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
