Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Group Specialist: Talent Management, to join the People & Culture team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Head: Talent & Development.
CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola bottling partner in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola products sold in Africa by volume. With over 18 000 employees in Africa, CCBA services more than 735 000 customers with a host of international and local brands. To support the execution of an integrated talent management strategy that accelerates the development of future leaders and aligns people practices with business goals. This role plays a pivotal part in driving effective talent reviews and capability building across markets, ensuring a strong and diverse leadership pipeline. By building bench strength, identifying critical talent, and enabling succession readiness, the role delivers measurable business impact and supports long-term growth.
