This role ensures seamless integration with Talent Solutions, aligning recruitment efforts with broader talent management practices such as workforce planning, employer branding, internal mobility, and succession planning. The role acts as a strategic partner to HR, business leaders, and Talent Solutions teams to drive a consistent and high-impact approach to acquiring and retaining top talent.
