About the role
The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and executing Aerobotics communications and digital marketing strategy, and will have content creation and campaign planning responsibilities to generate leads and increase brand awareness in key regions. Aerobotics has a lean marketing team driving a global growth strategy so this role will also require co-ordinating additional marketing activities. Aerobotics is an exciting, innovative scale-up in the Agritech space and this role requires the ability to shift contexts and operate in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing communications strategies: Design and implement client and prospect communication strategies that help the company meet its revenue goals
- Digital marketing: Design, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns on relevant platforms to generate qualified leads for the business
- Content planning: Work with the Head of Marketing to create a content roadmap for distribution across Aerobotics marketing channels
- Implementing PR strategies: Increase brand awareness and company reputation through targeted PR strategy in key markets
- Social media: Design or brief social media posts aligned with the company content roadmap
- Sales enablement: Work closely with the Customer Team (across the globe and in different time zones) to provide them with up-to-date marketing collateral and branded materials
- Design briefing: Work closely with Aerobotics freelancers and brief them on required design and content items
- Event management: Coordinate Aerobotics participation in trade shows and conferences
- Copywriting: Assist with copywriting and content creation in line with the company content roadmap
- 7+ years marketing experience
- Bcom Marketing or related field
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup/scale-up environment preferred
- Experience working across different regions preferred
- Portfolio of content, either led, managed or produced
- Proven experience of building and executing a communications and PR strategy
- Strong organisational, logistics and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and complete work projects within deadlines
- Detail oriented with good eye for design, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable team-player, flexible and willing to support in other areas when required
