We are seeking to employ a guesthouse manager to join our team in Somerset West, Helderberg.
Job requirements:
- Guesthouse management (experience essential)
- Qualification in Hospitality Management
- Deliver excellent service and enjoy interaction with guests (Be available and tend to guests) (Check In’s and Check Out’s; Bookings via Telephone; E-mails; Internet sites; Walk-ins)
- Excellent Management skills and experience to manage Guesthouse Staff effectively, have a “working in a team” & accountability attitude * Strong problem solving, analytical & decision-making skills
- Strong multitasking & organizational abilities
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent communication both written & verbal
- Working hours as per Hospitality Industry Standards, ability to work shifts
- Computer literate Hotelier (Advantage); Outlook; Microsoft Excel / Word
- Valid Driver’s License
