POSITION INFO:
An established property investment group based in Pretoria is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the full financial function for a holding company, its subsidiaries, and its managed entities, while gaining valuable exposure in the property investment and management industry.
You will be responsible for providing complete financial and accounting services across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and seamless operational support, including bookkeeping, monthly reporting, invoicing, debt collection, regulatory submissions, audit preparation, banking, and budgeting. If you're a detail-driven finance professional looking to step into a broad, autonomous role, this opportunity is for you.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 35 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in the property industry advantageous
- Proficiency in MDA highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple entities
- Deadline-driven, accurate, and self-managed with excellent communication skills
