Head: BIMS

Hello an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Group Finance, in the BIMS area. We are looking to recruit a Head BIMS

Role Objectives

This group role leads the Balance sheet and Investment Management Services (BIMS) team and has overall responsibility for the groups balance sheet investments, group entity structure, funding, liquidity and bank accounts. The incumbent will be a member of the Group Investment committees

Key Responsibilities

Group Balance Sheet Management

• Maintain the group entity structure, and intra group funding structures
• Set solo ALM strategy and mandates
• Execution of large transactions
• Portfolio Management
• Manage internal asset portfolios
• Oversee external managers

Corporate Finance

• Manage and value private equity interests.
• Negotiate and / or execute private transactions, credit and equity.
• Be available as a director on investee boards.

Treasury & Bank Support

• Group Liquidity management
• Bank account maintenance; funding, users, authorities, etc.
• Maintain mutually productive relations with Hollards bankers.

Finance: BIMS & Hollard Investments

• Accounting and Financial reporting for BIMS & Hollard Investments including:
• Budgeting
• Monthly accounting ledger close
• Monthly reporting
• Some consolidations
• Participate in annual financial reporting.

(Hollard Investments is a separate market facing division which manages client money in CIS, Life and pension products.)
