Position: Head Chef

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage costs efficiently.
- Handle kitchen budgets and maintain financial records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any kitchen-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic and appealing menu.
- Achieve efficient kitchen operations with minimal waste.
- Ensure staff compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Successfully manage kitchen budgets and inventory.
- Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate meal preparation and delivery.
- Handle kitchen issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
- Culinary qualifications are a plus.
