A busy viby Italian Cuisine Restaurant seeks the services of very experienced Head Chef & Kitchen Manager.
A formal qualification + 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE required.
This is a very busy restaurant and good manerial & organisational skills are crucial.
Former experience to Italian Cuisine would be an added advantage - but not essential.
Own Car essential - due to working hours.
