Head Chef-Parkhurst

Head Chef needed for established Restaurant in Parkhurst. Looking for individuals with 10+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a a la carte Restaurant environment essential.  Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Must be proficient in all types of food delivery. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management. Candidates will be expected to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Standard Restaurant working hours apply. Salary R 15000 - 20000 K CTC.
