We are looking for an energetic and dynamic team leader for a busy medical accounts department in Durban.
Job requirements:
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Collections Management.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing a staff complement of 20.
- Ability to communicate in Afrikaans and/or Zulu is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a Medical Accounts Department or debt collections environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Understand customer needs and able to deliver efficient and excellent service.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with excellent telephonic skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Ability to work with others in a demanding work environment and work well within a team.
- Ability to comply with procedures and policies and is able to secure staff compliance to the same.
