The Head of Communities and Content will lead the development of forward-thinking
content strategies, strengthen influencer and advocacy networks, and ensure our brands
remain culturally relevant and impactful in the digital space.
Core Responsibilities
Community & Influencer Development
- Build and nurture vibrant creator and advocate communities across brands.
- Identify, recruit, and foster long-term relationships with influencers, and advocates.
- Create meaningful opportunities for influencers to connect with brands and each other.
- Use social listening, cultural research, and trend tracking to spot opportunities for brand relevance and campaign agility.
- Proactively recommend trend-based activations, brand moments, or reactive opportunities.
- Position brands at the forefront of culture, digital trends, and influencer-led storytelling.
- Lead the development of content frameworks and influencer strategies tailored to brand objectives.
- Translate insights and campaign goals into actionable strategies, mechanics, and content themes.
- Collaborate with creative and client teams to develop proactive ideas, pitch decks, and influencer campaign proposals.
- Oversee campaign content quality and consistency across influencer tiers and platforms.
- Monitor influencer campaign execution in real time to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse content and community engagement to extract insights and apply learnings.
- Develop reporting that showcases cultural impact, community growth, and campaign performance.
- Be a proactive leader who inspires creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop strategic and creative capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and trend adoption.
5+ years in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or content strategy.
Proven experience developing and executing influencer/community strategies.
Strong understanding of culture, digital trends, and how they shape brand
relevance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proactive, creative problem-solver with strong strategic thinking.
Ability to work across multiple brands and manage varied priorities.
Experience with social listening and influencer marketing platforms.

Experience in paid/earned/owned content integration.
Previous leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
