Using the BVNK platform, businesses can send and receive payments on all major schemes and blockchain networks, incorporate stablecoins into their payment flows, and settle funds in over 30 markets.

About This Role

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of designers to deliver a best in class user experience across all products and touchpoints. Champion bold ideas, improving efficiency and quality of work, and drive the creation of a scalable design system.

Key Responsibilities And Competencies
  • Be the champion for design and UX across the business, building relationships with other senior leaders to fly the flag for user-centered design Manage, coach and grow a team of designers, set the bar for solid design practice and create the space and structure for the team to develop and do their best work Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to design the future of our brand and product experience globally
  • Supervise the entire end-to-end user experience across all touchpoints, including our customer facing website, onboarding, and product portfolio
  • Create scalable design solutions while simultaneously developing our Design System to ensure consistent experience that delights users
  • Ensure that qualitative and quantitative research is integrated into all product and creative development efforts, ensuring iterative design thinking
  • Develop and embed UX methodologies in our design process, creating best practices and scalable processes for the team
  • Guarantee the overall quality and efficiency of design output and its contribution to business objectives Set and report on qualitative and quantitative goals for your team
Previous Experience
  • 3+ years experience leading a product-focused design team at a well-known fintech (can be B2B or B2C)
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design methods, UX research methodologies, and what makes a great user experience
  • Has built a product that thousands of people use
  • Must have a compelling portfolio of work
