- CA(SA) essential with at least 4 years post article experience
- Global reporting and SAP experience essential
- Experience in a senior managerial finance role (GFM, CFO or similar)
- Experience in having managed functions outside of Finance a distinct advantage
- Relevant industry experience (construction, manufacturing etc) an advantage
- Be responsible for Finance and HR and the departments in addition to internal sales
- Carry out special projects and tasks not only in SA but also globally
- Be part of the Management team and participate in EXCO meetings
- Lead the finance and internal sales teams. Manage, support and coach employees in the execution of their functions and duties.
- Formulate and manage annual P&L in line with sales budgets
- Completion of all month end closing within deadlines
- Liaising with internal and external auditors as and when required
- Payroll and IT responsibilities
- Working closely with the Management Team to achieve annual targets
- Management of overall Working Capital and Cash flow position
- Work within the company's compliance requirements and understand risk from a finance and other areas perspective normal for a finance exec
