This role enables Hollard to win in its chosen markets through leveraging human capability. The role includes a Human Capital Advisory portfolio that serves Hollard People managers in the Center and the leadership of the Talent, Performance and Learning centre for excellence.
Role Responsibilities
Human Capital Strategic Advice
- Partner with Business Leaders as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of Human Capital Management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Hollards vision, mission, and business goals.
- Act as a key advisor to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters, with a strong understanding of South African labour trends and best practices.
- Lead organisational change management efforts to support business growth and transformation.
- Create a high-performance culture that enables the achievement of our strategic priorities. Continuously live, promote and act as custodian of the Hollard values and culture
- Define TPL strategy to enable Hollard Group business strategy in collaboration with business leaders and HC advisors across Hollard SA Group
- Deploy best in class talent, performance and learning management practice, policy, processes, frameworks, and toolsets to successfully execute TPL services bouquet against business strategy and operational demand.
- Deploy management reporting system to enable performance tracking and continuous improvement of TPL services rendered.
- Leverage technology to innovate for fit for future work.
- Lead and manage teams of HC Advisors and TPL staff, creating an inclusive, high-performance environment where all staff feel that they belong and can grow.
- Manage financial budget of the division and the learning budget of Hollard SA
- Manage risk and regulatory compliance of the division.
- Continuously drive Human Capital Functional maturity and competitiveness in partnership with the People Exco peers, functional and business leaders.
