Job Title: Head of Marketing

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Overview:

To be responsible for our clients marketing strategy, activities, and initiatives. Working closely with all departments to improve and maintain the brand image, awareness, and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and build high-quality, print-ready marketing collateral in all formats.
• Design and develop high-quality videos and digestible content to support the sales process of the firms services.
• Continue to develop the brand to meet market positioning needs.
• Create a recognizable, relatable firm identity and tone of voice.
• Maintain social media presence that incites client action.
• Create engaging content for a range of stakeholders.
• Develop client journeys to support the experience of multiple client segments.
• Work with external vendors to ensure a modern, state-of-the-art experience for our clients.
• Lead execution of marketing initiatives from planning to implementation, leveraging internal and external relationships to ensure a smooth process.
• Regularly maintain and update the website, ensuring the use of white hat SEO and best practices.

Requirements

Essential:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly skilled with all programs in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Excellent SEO skills.
• Strategic planning.
• Ability to develop and maintain media relationships.
• Copywriting for multiple segments.
• Building and writing for a wide range of personas.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Solid experience in social media.

Desirable:

• Excellent SEO skills.
• Previous experience in a law firm.
• Google Analytics/Search Console suite.
• WordPress experience.
