Head of Marketing

Purpose of Role:
The key expectation from the role is to provide vision and direction for achieving the desired objectives in South Africa. The person should be able to provide strategic and tactical marketing (market penetration, segmentation, and commercialization and launches) to enhance brand equity, the OEM and its products. This individual must be a thought leader who performs independently and has demonstrated the ability to effectively interact and influence all levels of organizations (brands Dealers and Customer including the CEO and other DHs of the company. This individual will collaborate with the business development and commercial sales teams and will interact globally

Required:
- Minimum 5 Years Commercial Marketing Exp - within Automotive, OEM
- Strong Knowledge of Product positioning, consumer trend analysis, campaign planning, development and execution - strong project management experience
- Strong Digital marketing and related platforms
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Financial acumen and understanding of cost optimization through ROI metric measurements
