Head of Marketing

About the role:

The mission of RoomRaccoons Head of Marketing is to help RoomRaccoon become the most adopted hotel management system in the world. As the Head of Marketing you will contribute to the mission through effective management and coaching of your direct reports, knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads while driving brand awareness and increased profitability.

Tasks

Your main duties and responsibilities will be - but not limited to:
  • Responsible for marketing RoomRaccoon with a focus on demand generation strategy and execution
  • Working within the Senior Leadership Team, developing and implementing marketing strategies that will strengthen our brand in our relevant markets, facilitating rapid growth
  • Attracting prospects and exciting our existing customer base with bold positive marketing strategies
  • Overall responsibility for our Marketing Team of 15+ people. This includes responsibility for recruitment, team development and all operational matters.
  • Ownership of RoomRaccoons brand reputation
  • Working closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing & Head of Digital Marketing to ensure marketing strategy is successfully implemented
  • Working closely with the Head of Product to define marketing strategies for new and existing features
  • Focusing on market reviews to follow hotelier trends and competitor activities
  • Accountable for ROI on external events
  • Management and accountability of your annual Marketing budget

  • A track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams beyond 10 million ARR in a SaaS environment
