HEAD: OPERATIONAL RISK

To lead and establish appropriate Operational risk management principles within the organisation by developing implementing and maintaining risk management policies, standards and processes in line with the strategic objectives of the corporate plan of the organisation. The incumbent is responsible for setting the approach in Identifying, Assessing, Managing, and Reporting in respect of the Operation -Wide Risk Framework.
