Qualifications

You will be responsible for managing key aspects of operations, optimizing product offerings, and driving sales within our distribution network. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent networking and negotiation skills to establish relationships with new product providers and insurers.
• Proven ability to negotiate competitive commission structures and favorable terms with insurance partners.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for expanding the product portfolio and insurer network.
• Effective communication skills to convey the company's value proposition to potential partners and insurers.
• A strategic mindset to align negotiation efforts with the company's growth objectives and long-term success.
