- Own Operational Excellence: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quick, quality placements. Use data to improve processes and exceed client expectations.
- Lead Client Relationships: Be the go-to expert for our clients, adapting talent solutions to their ever-changing needs and leading workforce planning.
- Maximize Financial Performance: Manage budgets and optimize recruitment costs to boost profitability.
- Inspire & Lead: Lead a diverse, high-energy team, set performance goals, and foster a culture of excellence and growth.
- Innovate & Evolve: Lead the way in recruitment innovationcontinuously improve sourcing strategies, talent campaigns, and diversity efforts.
- Experience: 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in leadership. Youve mastered tech talent sourcing and recruitment in fast-paced environments.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of market trends, innovation in recruitment, and sourcing scarce IT talent.
- Education: NQF Level 7 or relevant Bachelor's degree
