As Head of Sales Operations, youll oversee 5 Campaign Managers, 25 Team Leaders, and 375+ agents across UK markets. Youll be the heartbeat of campaign strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence all while building a culture of ownership, learning, and high energy.
Youll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end campaign planning and execution to exceed KPIs
- Owning client relationships through WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs
- Partnering with Recruitment, Training, QA, and IT to ensure seamless delivery
- Driving data-informed decisions through real-time dashboards and reporting
- Coaching and developing leaders to build a high-performance culture
- 57 years in Sales Operations or Contact Centre Management (preferably in BPO)
- Proven experience managing large teams (400+ FTEs)
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA a plus)
- A track record of success with UK clients and campaign delivery
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication
