We are seeking energetic and target-driven Telesales Agents to join our dynamic sales team in Benoni. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our health insurance products, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

Present and explain health insurance options clearly and confidently

Understand client needs and match them with suitable products

Handle objections and close sales effectively

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on our CRM system
Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) is essential

6–12 months call center sales experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
