We are looking for a Junior Healthcare Recruiter to support the recruitment team, with a focus on the UK nursing market.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming leads / applications, screen them, dispatch accordingly
- Contact the lead, provide information to the candidate on the position and programmes available and close the deals.
- Responsible for timely contract signatures of your leads.
- Set up interviews, coach candidates, explain the contracts
- Be responsible for the compliance of your candidates
- Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
- Assist senior recruiters with various tasks.
- Feedback marketing with market intelligence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
- Proficient in Office / Google Suite
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
- Fluent in English
