Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems
- Identify and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain work performed and answer any questions or concerns Always adhere to safety standards and procedures Keep up to date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
