Summary of our education process:
We operate a online learning program where all the children in all the grades work at their own customised pace. The syllabus is international based and is designed to fill in gaps in learning. Our syllabus is perfect for many students as it allows students that are behind in any subjects to quickly catch up and it allows student that are ahead of their peers to quickly move up to higher grades without any limitations.
Summary of Job
- Supervision, maintaining discipline, and making sure the children follow the laid out program.
- Teaching concepts that a child might be struggling with. Not giving the answers but showing them how to get to the answers themselves.
- Our school is not a traditional school where the teacher addresses the whole class in a teaching situation and all the children are the same age. Our classes have a range of ages. Each child is working on their own syllabus at their own level and requires individual teaching assistance when they experience difficulties.
- As our syllabus is International we do not teach Afrikaans or any other languages.
- Grade 4 to Grade 12 experience.
- Providing daily lesson plans for an hour long session of our Trivium Method. This is a daily lesson where we teach the children practical life lessons.
- Hosting progress reviews and support meetings with parents
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- High School Teaching Qualification. South African or International.
- Experience will be advantageous
- Registered with the SACE if your qualifications are South African
- Computer literate
- Police Clearance
- Is independent and hard working
- Takes pride in their work and appearance

- · English and/or Afrikaans Speaking
Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience

Start Date: 16 January, 2023
Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm, however many days school will be complete by 3:00pm
