Hotel General Manager

General Manger of a Boutique Hotel - In charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience.

Experience Required
  • +10 years' experience in hospitality
  • Must have worked at a Boutique Hotel - Non negotiable
  • Vast maintenance experience.
  • PMS & reservations experience
Vast knowledge of OTAs

Required Skills
  • Vast knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.)
  • Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays
  • Will be required to have emails setup on your phone & this is to be monitored
  • In charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience
  • Responsible for all hotel services/daily operations, such as guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense/budget management, team building, and employee development
  • HR (Recruiting, salaries, staff contracts & documents)
  • Overseeing all stock sheets
  • Attention to detail & organizational skills are very important
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Own transport
  • Must be able to work shifts and weekends - at least 3 weekends a month
