Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of all departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licencing regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and control hotel expenses and budgets
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry trends
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively
- Must be able to speak french
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a senior management position within the hospitality industry

- Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

- Certification in Hotel Management or related field
- Experience working in a luxury hotel environment
