We are looking for a Hotel Manager for one of the finest luxury hotels in Cape Town, South Africa.

The candidate needs to be an absolute professional with a proven record of accomplishment to effectively lead, motivate and develop a fine team of Associates.

Our candidate would ideally be South African having worked internationally at the very top end of the luxury hotel sector before in Europe, America, or Australia. However non-South African citizens with the required background are also considered by our client.

If you are currently a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or GM of a small boutique property, then we encourage you to apply for this opportunity. The position offers a huge potential for growth and the opportunity to join one of the finest Hotel companies in the world.

The ideal candidate comes with a 5-star presentation; maturity and the ability to communicate at the highest level.

He/She needs to be creative and enthusiastic in his job, simply a true hospitality professional who knows how to manage assets and human resources.
