Restaurant Manager needed for Hotel in Pretoria East. Applicants must have 5+ Years good general management skills and must have the ability to work under pressure. Will report to the head chef. Good communication and customer relations skills a must. Main duties will be running the front of house and managing the bars and stock. Good references essential.
