I have 12 years experience within a 4* hotel, resort and 5* spa in my role as Deputy General Manager. Hands on daily operations across the board with a strong focus on the overall operation from Front Office/Reservations to Groups & Conventions. I have a good understanding of hotel property management systems. My SOP's, procedures, system implementation, recruitment and day to day operations ensured minimal guest complaints and positive guest reviews.

At this moment almost any job that requires my mental, strength and physical stability is what I'm urgently looking for as my background situation is never so good furthermore, the cost of living is too high. Though, I may never have enough experience nor qualifications through some of the jobs but I'm willing learn and earn more experience to make my life easy as really need a job to fulfil my needs and make my life better.
