HR Assistant: International division

This role is suited for a candidate who has a completed HR qualification or studying towards and at least 3 years working experience. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to end HR Admin functions for employees based abroad.

Key duties includes:

  • Payroll :Capturing information and compile monthly payroll
  • Employee benefits administering
  • Ensure contracts are in placed
  • Handling all Employment contracts and queries
  • Recruitment and Selection ( administration and advertising)
  • Reporting on employee status; work permits; visas and ad-hoc reports
  • Minutes of meeting
  • Attend to queries
