HR Business Partner

A leading media house in South Africa is looking for a HR BP to join their team. The incumbernt would be required to provide generalist HR support services to the group ensuring the effective execution of the People requirements.

Responsibilities

• Championing and supporting the end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Facilitation of all employee relations services
• Driving the full generalist basket of deliverables ensuring operational excellence.
• Building, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure a stable working environment and achievement of team objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors qualification
• Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience
• Systems: Sage 300 People
