Position: HR Intern

Link Up Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions and services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a full-time, 3-month internship.

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will work closely with our HR team to support them in their daily tasks and projects, while also learning about the overall operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Participate in interviews and provide feedback on potential candidates
• Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
• Update and maintain employee records and databases
• Support the HR team in employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
• Participate in training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Previous HR experience or coursework is a plus, but not required
