Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Durban. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for all HR related functions, reporting to the HR Manager.

Qualifications And Skills

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Solid Union experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR certification (SABPP) advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Able to converse in English and Zulu
