Main Responsibilities:
1. Support HR work in areas of Learning and Development, Recruitment & Allocation and other areas if requested;
2. Communicate with outsourcing labor suppliers and handle incidents, calculate the monthly expenses of outsourcing labor to ensure that the business is maintained in an effective, timely, and accurate manner;
3. Responsible for employee relations and organization of team activities;
4. Support on Market HR insight report, brand activities, projects report and related tasks.
5. Support on data analytics, maintenance and update;
6. Perform other related duties if asked.
Requirements:
1. General requirements:
a) Excellent communication skills;
b) Problem solving, analytical thinking, and can work under pressure;
c) Service orientated;
d) Efficient self-starter and cooperative team-player;
2. Experience:
a) Previous internship or experience in HR;
b) Experience in Recruitment & Allocation and Learning & Development is desired.
3. Language:
a) English: business fluent
b) Chinese: ideal to have
