Human Resource Business Partner-Brands

Pepkor Speciality is seeking to employ a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for the effective execution of the Human Resource function within Stores. The HRBP will work as a close business partner to their Area Sales Managers and will offer a comprehensive Human Resource Service to their Operational colleagues and all the Stores in their divisions. A core focus of the role is to add value and impact through effective implementation and execution of the Human Resource practices and policies.
