- A Matric Certificate plus a National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant qualification at the National Qualifications Framework Level Six (6) as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA);
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in various Human Resource (HR) administration environment.
- Working knowledge and experience of Personnel and Salary System (Persal)
- Certificate in Persal will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Policies and Procedures governing the public sector.
